(Blank stare???) So I am not sure of what to think about this recent photo of Taylor Momsen of Gossip Girl. Any takers? I'm thinking she should of sought a second a opinion (on her outfit selection) BEFORE her debut in the UK UNLESS her ultimate goal was to be the "gossip" of fashion goers. I think I understand her style intentions (i.e. grudgy, edgy, rocker chic look) once again I am stressing the THINK portion. Maybe its her hair? I don't know Taylor, you got me stumped!
