When actress,Whoopi Goldberg, isn't busy filming as a co-host on "The View," she is taking the stage as a witty nun. Her role as "Sister Mary Clarence" from the hit movies: "Sister Act" and "Sister Act 2" has got folks "across the pond" (that's the UK/the land of "tea and crumpets") soaking up this "interesting" production. I guess I never thought "Sister Act" would become a musical (it's actually pretty random)??? Surprisingly, I haven't heard ANY reviews about the musical and inquiring minds want to know if the show is a close comparison of the movie. Thoughts? I'm sure Whoopi's got a few punch lines in there to bring the humor but it would be quite "interesting" to see her hold a note longer than five minutes (pondering).
