Time for a different blog look...

So it's coming up on a year (November to be exact!) since I first became a blogger. After studying print journalism for 4 years in college, I had no idea what it meant to be a "blogger." In fact, when I first heard about blogging being a new "fad" I was bit turned off by its existence UNTIL I learned blogging gives you the freedom to speak your mind to piss people off, give random dissertations about life experiences, narrate embarrassing stories about your family and friends AND co-workers and so much more. In my heart of hearts, I just knew Journalism was the only correct way of establishing yourself as a writer but who knew blogging would be the platform to so many successful writers today. Since its inception, I became hooked on blogging! Even though I am coming up on my almost year, there are still things about the "blogsphere" that I am learning about each day. One thing I would like to change is my blog appearance. By far I think a lot of my blog success depends on its appearance. No one is going to stick around a blog if the appearance looks unappealing soooooo....I need help! I have been wanting to change my template for sometime now but I just can't get a grip on designs. Hmmm....any advice? (gulp).
