LiLo out on the prowl

Actress Lindsay Lohan arrived at Opening Ceremony in West Hollywood, California on August 29, 2010 to do some shopping and from the looks of her ripped up shirt she is in need of some new threads. Lindsay was joined by gal pal Eliat Anschel who was also apart of Lohan's wild ride late last night after leaving Chateau Marmont in her new Maserati in the early hours of the morning. The Machete actress was followed by photographers last night down Sunset Blvd to the Pacific Palisades where she reached high speeds in her Maserati leading to the cops pulling her over but she dent receive a ticket from the officers instead the photographers did. Why hello Lindsay! Since the jail bird has been released (from her like five minute incarceration!), she has been spotted roaming the streets of LA looking like she just woke up on the wrong side of the bed....EVERY DAY (exhibit A above)! Now I don't know about you guys, but I loved the old Lindsay! Yes the red-head, freckled-faced girl that we all fell in love with in the movie Parent Trap. Feels like yesterday that girl was just a pre-teen, now she is all grown up and can't seem to get a hold of her life. I really hope you turn things around Lindsay! I am rooting for you but outfits like these (even if your just doing a casual stroll) is NO BUENO.
