If I wasn't afraid I would:
- Move to ______ now!
- Travel around the world on my own (something like an Eat.Pray.Love. voyage)
- Work for myself...eventually (not sure what I would specialize in yet!)
- Color & cut my hair (the setback- bad hair experiences with "professional" stylist)
