Mr. Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter celebrates his 44th birthday today on December 4th. As many of you know, the number "4" holds a dear place in he and his wife, Queen Bey's life (her b-day is on September 4th, they were married on April 4th and her mother's birthday is January 4th so yeah...you get the point). In celebration of his birthday, I read on Yahoo OMG! that he and Beyonce will be partaking in a vegan diet (all plant-based foods) for the next 22 days! He's apparently documenting this journey too so if you have any tips for the birthday boy, send it his way--he's asking for help! In honor of his birthday, I thought I would post a song that I can't stop listening to on his latest album, "On the Run" featuring Mrs. Carter. Enjoy!
