It’s all about having a healthy heart this month! Unlike the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz, none of us would be able to function without a heart so it’s imperative that we take care of the one we do have inside of us. Did you know that heart disease is still the leading cause of death for men and women? Yikes! Studies have concluded that eating healthy, exercise and lifestyle changes (i.e. quit smoking, managing stress better) can all have a positive impact on your heart’s longevity, so what are you doing today to help your heart? Personally, I know I need to work on all three so let’s make a pact today to make an effort to do so.
