Luv & Learn Your Hair is Coming to DC

If you don't know who Taren "Big Hair Don't Care" Guy is then you MUST get to know this natural curly girl. Her journey all started simply with a camera, an account with You Tube and her hair...yup that's it (strongly encourage you to check out her channel, it's amazing and truly uplifting).

She's been a HUGE voice in the natural hair community and she's on her way of building a platform for US curly girls of the world. The "Luv & Learn Your Hair" (LLYH) tour has kicked off and has already held a couple of events in different cities but Taren will be making her rounds to 12 cities in total! In fact, she'll be coming to the DC area on October 23 so get your tickets today! (Early bird is already sold out!)

As the progenitor of LLYH message, this tour is changing the minds of women and some men in how we view ourselves especially when it comes to our hair in the African-American community. According to the LLYH website, Taren will be "speaking on the deeper meanings and issues of natural hair and what it means to her." The intent is to "uplift others to love their hair."
