MAD HATTER ALERT!!!! CODE RED...

I'm not sure what type of tea these Britsh ladies have been sipping on at the Royal Ascot Ladies Day event but I am convinced there is something in there. I have never seen anything like this before but I just had to share my findings with the rest of you dolls. What do you think of these contraptions that sit on the heads of these ladies? I think they gave the Mad Hatter of "Alice and Wonderland" a run for his money (ouch!). Talk about "over the top" fashion! Enjoy!
