Get ready to mount your potties: It's World Toilet Day!

Volunteers pose on toilets during a World Toilet Day event in central Sydney 19 November 2010. The event, run by the Australian Red Cross, aims to raise awareness of people living in areas that do not have access to safe drinking water and sanitation. In an effort to combat global sanitation issues, the World Toilet Day (celebrated on the 19 of November each year) sends a visual message every year-it's time for all of us to "take the big squat." The World Toilet Organization is a "global non-proftit organziation committed to improving toilet and sanitation conditions worldwide." Did you know that there are 2.6 billion people who suffer from not having a toilet or a sanitation system? Take a stand today and make your "squat" count by making a difference in people's lives. Tis' the season of giving dolls, so give give give! Support this movement today!
