OPI (the nail polish gurus!) has out done themselves this time! I love nail art and the "Shattered" effect is taking mani's to a whole new level. One my friend actually was telling me about "Shattered" nail polish but who knew it was catching on like the latest trend on Twitter! Unfortunately, I am not an owner...yet but I am looking forward to jazzing up my nails this summer with this stuff!Check out this tutorial below to learn how you can create the "Shattered" look too:
