Colts Cheerleaders Go Bald for a Cause

Indianapolis Colts, NFL.
I believe it’s truly epic and noble that two of Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders have made the bold move to shave their heads in support of a great effort.  According to the Huffington Post, Coach Chuck Pagano has been undergoing treatment for Leukemia and this treatment has caused hair loss for Pagano. Since he hasn’t been coaching due to his illness, many of the players of the Indianapolis Colts have taken up the challenge to shave their heads in respect of their coach while he is out recovering but now the Colts cheerleaders are shaving off their magnificent manes to support this team effort too.
The ladies, Megan M. and Crystal Ann allowed the Colts mascot “Blue” to shave their heads at the Nov. 25th game between 3rd and 4th quarters. Not only are these ladies letting go of their luscious locks for a cause, they have raised money for Leukemia as well by submitting to the challenge! Read more about how much they raised and see photos on Huffington Post.

With the holiday season in motion, this story touched me in many ways. I just had to share! I salute you ladies! Xo
