In RED Pump Rocker News...

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOUNDERS OF THE RED PUMP PROJECT!!! You dolls did it! *blows party horn.* Their goal was to recruit "500 bloggers in 50 days" to spread awareness about their organization which is all working hard to support National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NWGHAAD) on March 10 and they surpassed their goal. Theses ladies recruited 650 bloggers and 25 days and the numbers continue to grow!
So what is the "Project?"
The Red Pump Project was organized by two lovely dolls, Karyn and Luvvie, who share not only a passion for fashionably cute pumps but also a passion for combating HIV/AIDS that affect the lives women and girls daily. It's one of the most fabulous and fiercest non-profit campaigns I have EVER been apart of in my life *hand claps.* So what are you waiting for? Join one of the most fiercest movements of your life?
Be a Red Pump Rocker! There is always room for more bloggers to come on board to help spread the message up until HIV/AIDS Awareness Day and the best part is we are all going to ban together in wearing our red pumps. I challenge you to join!
Did you know? In 2006, there were 15,000 new HIV infections and 9,801 AIDS cases diagnosed among women.

Did you know? From the beginning of the epidemic through 2005, almost 86,000 women have died of AIDS and AIDS-related complications.
